Enough of the sales pitch, now for a bit about me.
Born in Stoke-on-Trent England I attended schools in Caverswall and Cheadle in Staffordshire. I joined the British Army straight from school at a tender age of 16 where I served for more than 23 years. I attained the rank of Warrant Officer Class 1 before I left in 2000.
On leaving the Army, I took the Premier Diploma Course in Fitness Training and Sports Therapy. I gained experience working with such diverse groups as "British Military Fitness" and the ageing populations of which some had special medical issues such as Altzheimer's, Parkinson's and Dementure. I Pride myself on making my training available for everyone which has seen me work with many clients with MS, ME, Asthma and High Blood Pressure to name a few, along with active youngsters wishing to make the Forces their chosen career.
In 2004 I became the Fitness Director to the Academy of High Achievers. It was the meeting of such inspirational people in the Academy that inspired me to write my "Fit Body Initiative" eCourse. This is the internet version of my printed book that is delivered to your inbox daily.
Using my skills as an NLP Practioner combined with health and fitness knowledge I can really make a difference both inside and outside of your body. If you've ever thought that you could not run or swim due to any reason, I will show you that you can.
I am also an experienced International keynote speaker delivering unique presentations on Health and Fitness throughout the country to corporate and private conferences. I am currently doing talks for Diabetes UK around the country helping people suffering with the condition to get the most out of their life through healthy living. I also take my message into schools to prepare our youngsters to live life to the full with boundless energy and fun. My talks are entertaining and bespoke to each event. Every audience is different so I believe that every talk should be too. Book me and put me to the test.
My hobbies include folk singing and playing the guitar to any misguided person mad enough to want to listen. Also, for my positive stress input, I am a season ticket holder at Stoke City Football Club.
