Jim runs a successful, award winning, business (www.rencol.co.uk) that helps customers realise that they have problems and then helps them to fix them.

Rencol designs and sells precision fasteners all round the world in computer hard disc drives, cars, domestic appliances and many other applications.

Married with 3 children, Jim is interested not only in developing staff and helping them have a positive rewarding working experience but also in supporting local education as a school governor and representative on various local authority strategic bodies.

Committed to lifelong learning, he supports his wife's business (www.learning-tree.org.uk) which encourages parental interaction with their childrens education.
