About Me:

Jack Stewart BA, MSc, FCIPD.

Jack is a psychotherapist, Theta healer, coach, NLP trainer, story teller, CD co-creator and apprentice spiritual teacher who has designed and run personal development programmes for thousands of people. He has helped top sportspeople and children regain the motivation and remove barriers to becoming the best they can be. Anything which helps us discover our purpose and re-claim our power is his bag. Grecophile, cat lover and curry and yoga fan Jack is married to Anne. They have two daughters; Karen and Janet (stepdaughters to Jack) and three grandchildren; James, Nicola and Josh.

Spirituality and all its works. Finding out life's purpose, our own missions, reclaiming our power to perform miracles. Cats-we have five. Greece, its people, islands, culture & Mythos. Walking and gardening. Riding my motorbike [Honda CBR1000]. Eating out, staying sober. Writing stories and the odd rant about the insanity of life. Selling CD's of cats purring [it works and we can prove it] set to music.
