About Me:

I am an accredited corporate and executive Life Coach and Personal Life Coach, I am also an accredited Dawn Breslin Life Coach Practitioner and Group Trainer based on the Isle of Wight specialising in self-esteem and confidence building. I love to help people and love watching them change and begin to enjoy their lives for the first time in a long while. I am also an holistic therapist qualified Indian Head Massage, Reiki, Thought Field Therapy, Sports Psychology. Crystal therapy, Colour Therapy and Guardian Angel healing. Basically I love to balance the whole being and promote well-being.
