I have just rounded the corner of being 50("on the outside", I always say). I do not seem to fit any mold of women my age, but I have realized by now,that it doesn't matter. I am creative and loving and always have many projects going on at once.I do not seem to have the time for everything, but perhaps that is society at present.I have two grown sons of which I am quite proud. They are struggling for their futures and I hope all works it way through. I also have 3 cats of varying sizes and temperaments.

I am a coach and a trainer in Emotional Intelligence.

My focus is helping people to:

• Become self empowered
• Increase self awareness
• Remove emotional blocks that place a false ceiling on their abilities
• Live their life purpose

The practical effect of this focus is that MY clients find they have:

• Significantly increased confidence and self esteem
• Reduced stress
• Finally let go of past issues
• Begin to live the life of their dreams

I am a Master Practitioner of NLP, Hypnosis and Time Line therapy, an executive coach, Firewalk trainer, Reiki Master and Journey Therapist. I have studied with some of the world's leading experts in the field of emotional intelligence and rapid change. I am recognised as one of the leadingFirewalk trainers in the UK and one of the few people to teach the work of Byron Katie (www.thework.org).
My extensive experience in the fields listed above with my practical knowledge of human behaviour using the Enneagram have led to the Immediate Solutions Coaching Programme™. This unique blend of different disciplines has led to a thriving coaching practice with other therapists and coaches often as my clients.

My life has been about moving home and adapting to new places. I moved house and family 11 times in 16 years both in England and abroad before settling in London for 10 years. In that time I have been home owner, tenant and landlord and now have my own property business with homes in England and France. Based on my own experience, I have helped others prepare their own home for selling and achieving the maximum price. I've learnt just what people are looking for in a new home. My latest prject is renovating a large country house in France ready for the next move.

I am a serial reinventor of myself: a secondary school teacher of English, playwright, retreat house leader, mother and small business person. In terms of life experience I am an expert on endings and new beginnings. 3 years ago I moved from the city of Glasgow to the island of Bute in the Clyde estuary. My business WORDS in ACTION founded in 1997, provides coaching, training and facilitation. I have been working for many years now in the field of personal and team development.
