I am a professional business and consumer writer and author, with 16 published books and literally thousands of business and marketing projects completed for some of the largest and smallest companies in the world. In effect I help people and organisations get better results from their writing by coaching, editing or ghostwriting the project for them. I work across all media from entire books to documents, brochures, ads, press releases, articles, audio and video scripts, plus live speeches and presentations.

My life purpose is to 'share what I know to help others to grow' and I have been doing just this through my writing (books and articles), teaching, keynote speaking and consultancy for about 20 years, I guess. I 'know' about writing, publishing and running a portable business based on what I love to do. You see, I am married to a man who works in the oil industry and we have been overseas (now in our fifth country) since the day after we got married in 1987. Luckily, my passion for writing has become the perfect portable career, or 'career in my suitcase'. I am an expat entrepreneur. All my books have grown out of something I have done for myself - networking, finding my passion, being an entrepreneur and of course, writing.

My clients, friends and readers say I am both inspiring and empowering. That is what I hope to achieve in everything I do.

I now live in The Hague, with Ian and our boys, Sam (16) and Josh (14), a cat (Lily) and about six electric guitars, a drum kit, piano, PA system and a huge poster of the crowd at a Metallica concert on the wall! Like me, the men in my life know what they love to do too!

I am a serial reinventor of myself: a secondary school teacher of English, playwright, retreat house leader, mother and small business person. In terms of life experience I am an expert on endings and new beginnings. 3 years ago I moved from the city of Glasgow to the island of Bute in the Clyde estuary. My business WORDS in ACTION founded in 1997, provides coaching, training and facilitation. I have been working for many years now in the field of personal and team development.

Hi, I'm Sue Donnelly and I'm an image and impact coach. My company is called Accentuate after the Johnny Mercer song 'Accentuate the positive eliminate the negative' as I believe most of us look in the mirror and do completely the opposite. It's my role to make you look good and feel fantastic by teaching you how to accentuate your assets, whatever your shape, size, age or gender. I work with your personality and lifestyle in mind so that you remain truly authentic, thus elevating self esteem and confidence levels. Though my work deals with individuals, I also run corporate seminars and group workshops to help improve the bottom line by teaching personnel how to accurately represent the values of a company in the way they dress and behave. As someone who is 'middle aged', at least in years if not in mindset, I hope to show men and women of similar years how to remain youthful and confident without resorting to the knife. I've written 3 books: 'The 80/20 Makeover' - for those of you with lots of clothes and nothing to wear. "Does My Belly Look Big in This?" - the new best friend for the male over 40 Heading South? - the style guide for women over 40 and my latest offering 'Feel Fab at 50' for those of us in our prime. I am President of The Federation of Image Consultants and a writer for a number of magazines and newspapers. I am the only Fashion Feng Shui practitioners in the UK and one of only 5 image consultants to be qualified on both sides of the Atlantic.
