I run an ethical travel prpmotional company called ethicalescape.com We have been on-line for a nuber of years and have a wide range of properties and operators thoroughout the world. We are considering a publication. Our idea is to run a photography competition amongst our members and then to choose a photograph for each country. We will then do the same with a local recipe and combine into a world guide containing information about each country together with the photography and recipe. We're not really aiming this as a travel guide, more I guess a coffee table / cookery book.
