As New Year’s Resolutions climb back up our priority lists I wanted to remind you that all expatriate entrepreneurs need as much publicity as they can get. Don’t forget that as expat entrepreneurs we need to maintain both a global and a local database. So, you need people to know about you both where you live now and where you don’t!

The Guardian Abroad launched its new website at www.guardianabroad.co.uk in September and is a great place to grow your network. Read the linked blogs, add your own and have a nose around to find people you really should connect with. And remember, don’t just wait for people to come to you - you can go out there and find your connectors, referrers and potential clients, too.
