About Steve Halls
Steve served for more than 23 years in the army, attaining the rank of Warrant Officer Class One. On leaving the Army he took the Premier Diploma course in Fitness Training and Sports Therapy. He specialises in Personal Training, Massage Therapy, Nutrition and Exercises for Special Populations. He has set up successful training schemes in Shrewsbury and Birmingham for people recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. With clients of all ages and abilities Steve believes that anybody, regardless of fitness levels can benefit greatly from what he shares.

Steve deals with clients on a regular basis with conditions such as CFS, ME, MS, Morbid Obesity, Asthma, High Blood Pressure to name but a few.
